1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jaha9 platform and all related services. By creating an account on jaha9 or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount on jaha9 is ৳800. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Your KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply for bank transfers).
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements of an active bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• jaha9 reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, delay any suspicious withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jaha9 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the offer description.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will be converted to real money only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Using multiple accounts or placing opposing bets for the purpose of earning bonuses is prohibited.
• jaha9 reserves the right to change, cancel or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• If suspicious activity is detected, bonuses may be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6 Gaming Rules

The jaha9 platform offers various gaming services including slots, live casino and sports betting. Each game or betting section has its own rules, which should be read carefully before playing.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a "Cash Out" feature is available on the platform).
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, jaha9 reserves the right to void or review the related bet.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the result will be determined from the game provider's server.

• If any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If the information provided is proven to be false or incomplete.
• In accordance with the instructions of law enforcement agencies or a court order.

8.2 Closing Your Account Yourself

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, you may withdraw your remaining balance in accordance with the applicable rules.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jaha9 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics and other elements — is the intellectual property of jaha9 or its licensees and is protected by copyright law.

You are being granted a limited, non-transferable licence solely to use the platform. This licence does not grant you the right to:

10 Limitation of Liability
